Refunds & Returns Policy

At Carbonized, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we've created a straightforward policy to make this process as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • 14-Day Return Period

    You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Original Condition

    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of Purchase

    A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders

    Special orders with custom finishes, sizes, or specifications cannot be returned.

  • Used or Installed Items

    Items that have been used, mounted, or installed cannot be returned.

  • Clearance Items

    Items marked as clearance, display models, or ex-display are sold as-is and cannot be returned.

Warranty Claims

All our alloy wheels come with a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Chrome and polished wheels are not recommended for use during winter months (October to February) due to the potential damage from road salt and grit. Warranty is void if used during this period.
  • Any impact damage to the wheel will immediately void the warranty.
  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original invoice and proof of purchase.
  • No refund or replacement can be arranged until a full inspection by the manufacturer has been completed.

Please note that ex-display wheels carry no warranty or guarantee.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us

    Email or call our customer service team to initiate your return request within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Return Authorization

    We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for packaging and shipping.

  3. Ship the Items

    Package the items securely in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided.

  4. Inspection and Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • For items purchased using financing options, refunds will be processed according to the terms of the financing agreement.

Important Notice

Pre-Installation Verification

We insist that you confirm the correct equipment, condition, fittings, and tire directions prior to fitting. We will under no circumstances be held liable for any costs incurred due to the fitting of incorrect or unsuitable equipment.

Though we will always do our best to ensure that the fittings supplied with the wheels are correct, the final responsibility for confirming the suitability of any product is that of the purchaser and the fitter.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that an item is incorrect, damaged, or the wrong size, do not fit it to your vehicle, do not drive on it, do not fit tires if wheels only, and contact us immediately. We will not be held liable for any external charges. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in any return being rejected.
